Folks: My RFE was issued on 02-12-2001 and my attorney received the original letter on 02-15-2001. They RFE is for employment letter from my current employer. Now my question is how to draft a letter since my attorney is unfortunately learning the law with my case... He don\'t know how to write a letter. If someone has the sample letter of the employment
please post it. I\'m sure many has submitted the letter and I doon\'t want to make a mistake it would further delay the process. Thanking in an advance.

Sample, it may help you. Yesterday my attorney submitted this letter from my company to INS. Attorney drafted this letter.

To whom it may conern:

This to confirm that Mr. "ins485waiter" is working full time at "abc company" as "director IT" on H-1B. "abc company" has made an offer of full time , permenent employment to Mr. "ins485waiter" to serve as "IT director" at wages of at least "$145,000" (this amount should be same as on I-140). This position will commence as soon as Mr. "ins485waiter" immigration status permits him to accept it.

Regardless of what is stated above, both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement at any time at will and without acuse or advance notice.

Thanks Lurker2 and VAOct99 for your prompt response... Here is how INS asked to submit. Also I noticed that INS send different format
Employment RFE letters to different people. For example mine says like that see if Match to someone else.
: Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment."
I hope with new salary they won\'t ask for new I-140???
any comments or sample letter will be appreciated...
