Following is the RFE myself and my husband received. Can someone help us in answering these questions.
1. Submit a currently dated and original letter from you permanent employer that specifies date of employment, your current position, preferred wages and the terms and conditions of employment position continue to exist. In addition submit copies of your current w2 and pay statements.
My husband recd the above and he is working on EAD with another employer. His GC was filed with prev employer and he started to work with the new employer after 180 days of his 485 filing. He has not filed AC- 21 till now.
So do we need to file AC21 in this case or can we need to get a letter from the previous employer(employer who filed GC for us) that I am going to employ with them in the future? What is the good way to handle the above query. He started working with the new employer 5 months back.
