RFE received FOR i-485,changed employer >180 days

Hi guys
After bugging ins, finally they assigned my case to the officer.
Rd 09/26/01
Fp 09/12/02
wac -01-295-565XX

Today I saw RFE requested on website. Must be for EVL,Tax , & paystub.
my husband changed the previous job after >180 days with same job description .
We haven't inform ins about it.
Just wondering anybody is in same situation, received RFE., & how you response about AC-21 rule.( whether we need anything special to use AC-21 rule. Like filing any form or something.)

We had similar situation & got RFE for same reason. We waited for RFE to inform INS. Used AC21, lawyer took care of everything. We are yet to get the approval.
I have read more posts on this site, where people had similar RFE and got approved later. So hope that happens for our cases too!

I went though the same situation; my lawyer prepared the letter that references the AC21.
Basically what this latter explained that I got hired by new employer based my experience on the pervious employer (the one who filed the GC process) for the similar job.
I INS received my RFE on 11/1/2002, and still waiting .

We filed 485 without a lawyer. Can you please let me know what
AC-21 reference letter should specify.
I am looking for more specific details.Any specific format?
