RFE received for AP

suggest you apply

mine expires in may and i applied this month. i suggest you apply for renewal if you are using your ead. merely applying does not ensure authorization to work. the actual approval or iEAD is needed (per lawyer's advice).

meanwhile i wait for my AP approval.................:rolleyes:
 
Got RFE for AP

Please Help.

I received an RFE for my wife's AP on 01/05/03 requesting for copy of I-140 or the SRC no. The onlise status did not change, it still shows it will take 150 to 180 days to process this case.

I applied for the AP on my own and did not go through my lawyer. Do I need the lawyers assistance for responding to the RFE?
Is there any specific template for responding to the RFE?

Also I have changed my employer 18 months after the I-485 ND. But I have not notified INS about the job change. Should I inform the job change (letter from new employer) in my response to RFE?

Officer#394 starts approving APs

Friends -- My AP was approved today -- 02/02/2004.

If your RFE responses were received by 01/23/2004, Officer #394 would have approved it. Just hang in on there!!!

Any AP approvals after RFE for I-140 copy??? When can I expect my approval with RFE submitted by me with I-140 copy received by them on Jan 28/04????

My RFE response was receivd on Jan 19th, i got my AP today (after 1 month) however its dated 30th Jan. I hope you get yours soon , i know how frustrating it is.
