My Lawyer has received the following RFE:
"Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment. Submit your earnings statements for the last three pay periods."

FYI: I found out about the RFE on Nov 4th through an IIO, however it was sent by INS on Nov 13th and the lawyer received it today.
