Nov RD - RFE Recd HELP!

Just checked the Online screen and saw that RFE was issued for my spouse (dependant application) and myself(primary applicant). I do not know the details of the RFE yet.

Is it normal to issue RFE s on both applicants even if it is a routine employment verification RFE?

Please advise.

If it is employment verification, you should only get the RFE. If both of you received the RFE, it might be medical, marriage certificate. But sometimes you can receive an RFE for employment and your spouse for medical or marriage certificate.

Can you please post your details - RD, ND etc.?

chances are that your RFE is medical related. Are you by any chance from NJ and by anychance have done ur medical from the chinese doc on route 27? If yes then surely it is for medical reason.

What was your RFE for? I am in a similar situation, a RFE was issued for both me and my spouse. I would appreciate your input.
