Did you chack Stutus on Phone too?

Just to figured out Which one of AVM or ONLINE is not up to date.

Same Here...

Same thing happened to me, my attorney received RFE on OCT 23 and my Online status was not changed at that time, it was saying about my FP.

But later on 29 OCT it changed saying that RFE was mailed to me on OCT 14.

So i guess yours will also change later.

I have couple of questions.

1. Did you send your Employment Letter when you file I-485?

2. Did you change any employer after you file I-485?

I will check AVM today after business hour and let you know
 
Sometimes the AVM won't update... so the better is to call them and ask them(IIO) if they received your response. Then they will let you know and will be updated. Sometimes this works and AVM gets updated.

Just curious.. Hope your case is not transferred to LOCAL INS.

Wish ur case is approved soon . Will relieve people like us who changed job .....

yes I did inform INS after job change in the same service area. so my logic goes like this if they wanted to transfer my case to local INS they should have done it before sending RFE. but you never know things with INS)
