RFE Recd - BCIS address goof up

Recieved RFE from Officer #442. RFE was initially sent to the attorney but while folding the RFE BCIS didn't fold the letter properly such that address shows up in the window. Mail was returned to BCIS marked as undeliverable. BCIS remailed it to my address and I recieved it yesterday when the RFE was issued on 10th June.

RFE for
1) Prove that I am in status for few months when I was a student. (have all the proofs)
2) EVL
3) Marriage Certificate and proof of nullification of all my previous marraiges. (I must re-assert that I have only 1 wife :D )

how do you prove that ? also will the desi marriage certificate work ? ( that is if your marriage was in your original country ? )

I have olive green colored certificate , half of it in local language.
Our names have also been dirtily scribbled.
what does your lawyer say ?
 
RFE response time...

How much time do you get to send a response to RFE? Is it 60 or 90 days?
 
goastros, I have similar olive green marriage certificate. I am sending the same and it is English. I am also sending marriage photos, my wife H4 when she entered US, copy of our driving licenses (to prove our common residence) and I am enclosing my daughter's US birth certificate.

I hope this is enough to convince them. My attorney is of the same opinion too.
