RFE re education equivalency.

How can Vermont question this when they are the people who approved the same equivalency for the H1B!!

Well I don't think you need to worry much about this. I think you might be lucky in the sense that once you submit the RFE, your 140 might get approved sooner.
I had similar RFE on Educational Qual/Experience. My lawyer got my edu. eval. from Morningstar and I gave all the previous experience and training certificates. My 140 was approved after a month of their receipt.

My friends have gotton the same RFE. Their lawyer sent the reply on 12/3/03 and 12/9/03 respectively. No news on approval yet!
 
You should count yourself as lucky. I got a similar RFE and was approved within 10 days of reply to the RFE.

Now THAT would be good news - 10 days is up today since they got it back :D

but it is monday :(

and I know better than to get my hopes up! ;)
