RFE: Re-do photos

Hi, I posted a message earlier today that I received a RFE. I just spoke to my lawyer, he said INS wants
me to send new photos. I guess the ones I sent didn\'t pass their requirements. Has anyone experienced the
same problem? I thought the photos I sent were pretty good and I had gone to a place where they take a lot of photos
for green cards and passports. Does anyone know of another place around Downtown LA area for good photos?
I appreciate your input. I hope this is the only thing they ask for and hopefully, no more delays.

u can get fotos done at COSTCO ( I am not sure whether u have COSTCO in LA or not) as well.

1) The I-485 RFE letter is sent to your lawyer, or directly to your home address?

2) How long does the INS give you to respond their RFE?

I had the same RFE. Go to the same photoshop. they should redo the photos for free. Only thing is to ask them to have a brighter background.
