RFE issued on 4/6(Friday) rec\'d on Monday. Goodluck, Hope you get it soon. ALso get your Employment letter ready in the mean time. Most likely you would need that

Thanks for your prompt reply. I don\'t know why it is taking this long for my case. It is a week since VSC sent it (4/4). Did you get it or your lawyer did?

The lawyer recieves the RFE...

Mine was sent on 3/29 and the lawyer recieved it on 4/2

Are you sure it\'s 4/4 and not 4/9 ? The reason I ask is because we were both issued RFE\'s on 4/2 and mine as well as a bunch of others were mailed out on 4/9.
