RFE question

I had posted this earlier. I got an Birth Certificate RFE and provided more information. The message say, it takes 360 to 540 days to process this type of case. I have filed my I485 in Sep. 01. Any idea how long does it takes to process this type of cases? I am worried about another 540 days. Please advise.

Does it mean that everything else is ok other than my birth certificate issue? Or can they send you another inquiry after other?
