RFE Question...

I have submitted my RFE on August 22 and received by INS on August 29th , how long does it take to get approval...

anyone with same dates got approved...

What is your area and WAC#?

Can you give us more details - what is RFE for, WAC, area, etc...

2 -4 weeks

Most updates point to 2-4 weeks after INS acknowledges the receipt ( i.e AVM gets updated)

However there have been longer waits too.

2nd RFE

our response to RFE was received by INS on 6/11 and they kept quiet till 9/13 when 2nd RFE was issued. But in majority of cases INS is adjudicating cases with RFEs in 2 weeks- 2 months time frame.

1 month in our case

2 wks to 2 months for most people.
Ours: RFE issued 7/17, replied 8/2.
AVM update 9/12, AD 9/12.
