hello guys,
can someone please help me with this qs. i received rfe for 3 yr tax returns. my last yr. gross income is almost half of that specified in labor certification.
my lawyer is very much concerned about the figures.
she is planning to mention that due to slowdown we were asked to work 25hrs/wk.
did anyone had same experience. please mention any suggestions that i can forward to my lawyer.

We had a significant salary reduction in our company. My w2 does not show that much different but I had to send a Employment verification letter which had to mention my current salary. My lawyer instead sent out a job offer letter stating that I have been offered a Job by my company at the actual salary filed during my labor. Since the GC is for a future job I do not think they would worry about ur w2.
