RFE question

Me and my spouse both got RFE (Feb 01 case). IIO tols me that they were sending request for "initial evidence". The AVM says request for "extra evidence". Can anybody who has got RFE got the same message from AVM?

When did you hear about an RFE? Mine was issued January 7, still no paper received by the lawyer. I got concerned becasue usually mail takes 5 days max. My case is also February.
 
From AVM, it is today 01/14

I called IIO last Tuseday and was told they were going to issue RFE. But til today I heard from AVM 01/14 is the issue letter date.

Similar. Lawyer called VSC on Jan 4 to find out that RFE was going to be issued. On Jan 7 the message changed to RFE... Anxiously waiting what this is all about.

Could you please answer the below.

Did they ask you for 3 paystubs or paystubs of 3 months.
Because some of us are paid weekly/Bi weekly.

Did you submit your tax returns originally with your I-485.

Paystubs for 3 months. No tax return as far as I remember was submitted in I-485. We had an RFE on I-140, there the tax return was requested.

May I ask why you get this REF? Did you send employment letter the first time alone with the I485 application?
