RFE Question

I had a RFE for Medical , posted on 30th Aug , and it was repiled on 18 the Sep. Today I checked the AVM and it say that the RFE was recieved on 25th Sep and it usually take 346-540 days to settle these kind of case but since in my case the initial work was done it will take 540 days to resolve the RFE issue.I don\'t understand this, any one in similar situation.

yes this is a standard message and also intillay it takes 345-540 days but after initial works, it still takes 540 days as per INS

I got the same message for my wife\'s EAC#. VSC did received the REF
on Sep 20, 2001. Still waiting for the decision!!!
