RFE Question

Gurus,

Got RFE today for ND OCT 3rd for the earnings statement for the last 2 years. Lawyer said it meant pay stubs but I didn\'t keep pay stubs for the last 2 years, I did for the last year or so though. Any suggestions/advices are appreciated.

sraj is right. Earning statements for last 2 years would mean w-2. INS might also have asked for last 2/3 months pay stubs also. Check the RFE.

Usually what I have seen is that INS requests w-2 and tax returns of the last 2-3 years, pay stubs for last 2/3 months and employment letter.

It may not be just that

Sometimes, if you\'re working for a smaller company, then they could also be asking for your company\'s earnings statements to prove that it\'s a viable company/business. So, to be on the safer side, I\'d suggest you send your w-2s as well as your tax returns for the previous 2 years, and also your company\'s previous 2 years\' earnings statements.

Did you send in those documents (W2, tax returns?)when you filed your I485?

Thank you all for the reply. I didn\'t send the tax return and W2 when I filed it but I am going to send out all those info along with all the pay stubs I got.
