Once we have responded back to the RFE how long does it usually take to get a response back from the officer?
Our I140 has been approved but spouse 485 has RFE. What processing dates do we look at in order to contact USCIS about response to RFE?

My wife and I got 485 Medical RFE on 11/08/04. Just a moment ago, I got email that both 485 are approved. The Ack date is 11/23. It took me 8 days. So relax, after you response RFe, it will be clear quickly
