I am concurrently filer for TSC ND 12/08/2003.

I receievd FP notices for me and my wife yesterday. Does it mean that my I-140 is gonna approve. If they issue an RFE on I140 do they send it before FP notice ?

FP has nothing to do with 140

Did the LUD or message change on the USCIS site before you got the FP notice ?

You will get FP notice irrespective of a later on RFE on 140. Infact the whole FP thing is outsourced to a separate company that has only 485 information. I have seen many cases where the 140 was RFEed or even denied even after the FP was done so don't get too complacent yet.

(It is a good news that the FPs for Dec' 03 have started. I am Jan'26 04 applicant so I should get it soon too :) I hope.
 
It certainely is good news to assure that there is some progress on FP notices side.

Hope things will go like fast even after elections.

Why don't you help others by updating the Tracker? It would be a source of comfort to others whose dates are later than yours.

Any idea what promoted this FP notice? Did you change your address? or are they issuing FP requests on their own?

Can someone do it for me? I don't know how to do it.
Also, LUD didn't change at all. It is still showing 12-11-2003.

i guess they are issuing on their own. I didn't change anything.
 
I got my FP notice for 9/10/04. Completed it as scheduled.

I-140 -9/12/03
I-485 -4/12/04
AP and EAD approved

EAD Approved on 07/26/2004
FP Completed on 9/11/2004

Waiting for I-140 & I -485 aprrovals......... Might be I am too early for waiting these........... :)

Yours is one of the fastest cases at TSC. Can you give some more details like your city, type of job/company etc.?
 
LUD and message changed?

Has your message changed for I485? and what about the LUD?
If so, how many days did it take to change?
