RFE Question

What message is displayed when an RFE Response is processed, and the case resumes? From what I understand, getting an iEAD is not possible until the process resumes, and I'd like to know if mine did. Here is what I have:

"On June 29, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence
or information. It is taking between 60 and 90 days for us to process
this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete,
the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in
this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
 
I Got IEAD

I got IEAD while RFE was pending. The message you have given was similar to mine.
I think if the RFE is minor one, they will issue IEAD. In my case I was just asked for new photographs.

Which city did you apply for IEAD?
 
I got same message

I got same message on my travel document today. Just wonder how long we shall exactly wait to get approval.
