If RFE doesn't require W-2, tax return, only asked for employment letter, do you need send W-2 tax return as well?

Yes and No.

Sometime it good to send all the required info to avoid further RFE, but sometimes we might end up getting more RFE due to more info submitted. So make your own choice.
