RFE question-should I submit pay stubs

I got same RFE, evl and 2W2,

The attorney didn't submit paystub for me.

Not required! Just provide what is asked for, and nothing else. If they need more information, they will ask for it. If you try to give more than they want, they might not understand it and cause a bigger problem.

i didnt require paystubs

i only got RFE for EVL and 3 W2s

and thats all i gave them and i got approved rite away


i didnt have a lawyer but that saved me time


i replied quickly and got approved quickly.

the first page

The first page has some kinda bar code

and says submit the documents of page 2
and failure to do it in 84days from the day of notice

will mean the case will be decided with the documents

we already have


Bsic requires that THE FIRST PAGE IS THE TOP PAGE IN THE REPLY


and the EVL requires the position to be full time and permanent

actually the the address they give u to reply to is po box.

when i went to fedex the guy told me
he has the real address for bcis.

He said nearly everyday someone mails to bcis
and he replaces to the real bcis address not the po box
 
Its always very clear .. don't offer any info / docs not asked for
As far as the salary is concerned, anything below the LC wd be a big problem .. take care my friend
