RFE question, please advise...

I have a pending I485 case at Vermont Center. After filing I-485, I changed employer and moved to California. I did not update these information to USCIS according to the advise of my lawyer. Now, my wife got a RFE for her medical examination. She needs one more vaccination shot to complete the exam record.

My Question:
Does she have to find a Civil Surgeon who is located at the same area where we filed our I-485 two years ago? or can she just complete her exam in California?

It's all depend on Luck. They might accept her RFE or they might trigger another RFE for you, requesting for current employer info and other regular stuff.

I think you can go to any doctor as long as he is certified by USCIS.
