RFE Question for those that have received it

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of RFE questions for those that have received RFE.

1. Did you get RFE notice or did Lawyer get the RFE notice?

2. If I get an RFE, can I respond myself or do I have to go through lawyer?

Background: No job/salary change since LC.

1. I didn't get the RFE notice. My lawyer did.
2. I think you can respond.

General trend?

What is the general trend of approval if everything elses is in place (Hopefully )....

Your lawyer will receive the RFE letter.
If you have a lawyer then it is wiser to have your lawyer respond to the RFE as they know how best to.

In my case I received the RFE notice then I faxed to my lawyer.
