RFE Question, Any one with RFE, please help

My wife got a RFE on her medical. We received 1) A letter requesting her to resend the I-693 form 2) A yellow sheet that need to accompanied by the reply 3) I-695 + Necessary forms.

The letter states that we have to send this information to
    United states Department of Justice
    Immigration & Naturalization Service
    Texas Service Center
     PO Box 852135
    Mesquite, Texas 75185-2135

The yellow sheet states that we have to send this information to
     United states Department of Justice
     Immigration & Naturalization Service
     Texas Service Center
     Attn: RFE UNIT
     PO Box 851182
     Mesquite, Texas 75185-1182

We are now confused which address we had to send this to. Did any one had this RFE situation recently, if soo which address did you send.

It does not matter. Finally, your mail will be forwarded to a right group. Do not forget put a copy of RFE letter in your mail.
