RFE- Primary applicant

not necessarily.
For primary there are many issues like Employment, Pay stub, taxes which is not in case of beneficary. A beneficray will get it if only his dependent visa is not valid/expired, photos not as per specification/ document establishuing reltaionship not complete/or birth certifcate is not proper

When primary applicant get RFE for employment, will the beneficiary also get RFE? RD 9/13/01

No - the derivatives are dependent on the primary applicant, so they have no employment to require evidence for.

I got an employment RFE on 8/2/02, my wife's case is still pending, with no RFE.

Thank you guys for sharing your thought. I expect to receive my RFE letter after 365 days + 1 month + 15 days, since filed I-485.

Have a nice weekend.
