RFE-Please help

I got a RFE a month back but I got details now. It says
Submit evidence of the petitionar's business in wyoming. All documents submitted show address in NJ and Pennsylvennia.

Submit evidence of the petitionar's ability to pay the proferred wage of $65,000 per year. If you have petitioned for more than one beneficiary , sumbit a list of all individuals petitionaed for in the past year, the proferred wage for each and the ability of the pititioner to pay the wages for all.

Submit a copy of petitionar's incoe tax return for the year 2004.

My questions are
Is this RFE common or they really scrutinizing my employer?
I am not sure whether they have satilite offices in wyoming and pensylvennia or real offices?

Please reply ...your help would be greatly appreciated..

Sorry to hear RFE delay. I think you should talk with your lawyer. Its not coomon RFE. Generally they will ask 'Ability to pay' but not like asking if the employer has filled for others, if so send the list. So far I never see this kind of RFE post on this site. I may be wrong. some experienced gurus on this forum should help you on this.

I talked to my lawyer and he said don't worry we will take care of it. and also he said it is a common RFE.

Any one has any idea about this RFE?
