RFE: Please help - last lawful admission

Gurus,

My RFE asks for proof of status since last "lawful" admission. I entered US in 2003 on H1 and then again in 2004 on AP.

Would my entry on AP be considered as last lawful admission - or is AP entry not "lawful" and I should send docs since 2003? I don't have some docs since 2003 and hence would rather respond with docs since 2004 if that is ok.

Please advise.

You have to send docs os status 2004 onwards.

Looks someone in USCIS got pissed off with your FOIA tryst.
