I just got an OR RFE this week. Basically, had questions regarding article circulation, which should be easy to find on the web if journals are international.
Also, said references are from coworkers, professors, supervisors etc. Well, I submitted 16 letters only 4 were from collaborators and rest independant scientists.
Also said letters were only "above average" even though most of them said "very top of her field of research" or something similar
Another impt thing is that they conclude by saying that I am not significantly better than other in the field of material science and engineering. MY field is NOT material science and engineering but biophysics and pharmaceutical sciences.
Any ideas to respond?
