RFE only about employee letter without w2 pay stub

What do you think the reason why you have been asked for the employer letter or pay stubs? Did you change your employer after filing I-485? If so, how INS knows you have changed your job. Any reply is appreciated.

I got an RFE for employment letter and a bank letter.

Emplyer letter is supposed to be sent with the filing of I485. The 485 filling states clearly the employer letter be included. Why there are so many RFEs for the letter. Is that because you guys didn\'t sent while filing the 485 or INS just wants the most recent EL.

Hi, I got a RFE for my EB2 NIW case. It asks for a updated G325a and employment letter. As for employment letter, it asks for date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment. It also states it must describe in detail your duties and responsibilities, and how these duties meet the requirement of your immigrant petion. Is this a standard one? I saw some posts saying it only asks for date of hire, duties, ect, but not the detail about the duties. Any comments?

I assume they want a recent one coz I sent my EL, paystubs, etc with the 485
