RFE on spouse 5thEAD please share if you have seen this??

Today i have received an email from USCIS mail for my spouse EAD saying......

Current Status: We mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence.

On July 24, 2007, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence and/or information in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence and/or information requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires.

please share your experience if you have seen this before.....
my EAD has been approved on 23rd but i see RFE on spouse EAD....
what may be the RFE about.....
i had never received RFE on any of the last four EAD&AP....
 
Did you by any chance send the same photos that you sent last time? Mostly EAD RFE's are about photos (if you have included all other documents). You have to send them new photos every time.

Last time, me and my wife sent old photos that we sent for previous renewal and mine got approved and my wife's got RFE for new photos. Some IO's are really specific about the photos.

1) i e-filed our EAD and also sent recent photos.
2) we gave Biometric code-2 for Picture & index finger.


i have no clue what is goin on with our GC.....
 
My wife received an RFE. The civil surgeon who filled our medical results forgot (doh !!) to fill in the TB results section !! Sent the response back last week.....no LUD's yet.

as far as LUD's here is the full story

1) I-140 approved on Jan 25 2005 -> LUD(06/24/2007)
2) I-485 approval not yet???? LUD's (06/19/2007,06/20/2007,06/21/2007)
3) I-131 approved in begining of 2005-> LUD(07/07/2007)
4) I-131 approved in end of 2005-> LUD(07/22/2007)
5) Principal 5th EAD approved on 07/23/2007
6) Spouse 5th EAD RFE issued on 07/24/2007

As per my understanding our case is with some racist IO who is spending time on how to hold our GC approval instead of sending approval email....

but i have faith in god.... someday will be our day!!!!

To my knowledge we had RFE's earlier for the following reasons :

a) Invalid cheque amount.
b) Missing copy of I485

So RFE's on EAD is nothing bad, but just causing delay to get processed. You will be fine and approved without hassle. For the first time, I did not feel comfy over this, but the next time, it was easy for me to handle it... just exposure.. be cool

its like i am in a small boat(i used during floods, in india) trying to sail throgh this USCIS ocean. i get worried whenever there is big wave comes towards me. but i am gonna fight it....
 
RFE on EAD

I had received a RFE on EAD long time back. The reason was I had given same photos as the previous EAD. Did you send the same photos for your spouse as last time?
