I just got RFE email from USCIS for my wife 485 and for my I140 & I485 is same. Has anybody seen this situation before because my 485 status is not change, it still showing same. One strange thing is, ours I140 never changed.
Both of us I485 LUD was change on 11/15/04,11/16/04 but My I485 is still showing 11/16/04. Unitednation, are you around. Please look into my question.
