RFE on I140

Hello

I got RFE on my I140 filing for about education qualification. Here is the details about my education, I got (3 Years Bsc Comp + 1 1/2 Years Masters(MCA Incomplete, Just finish 11 out of 18 subjects) + 1 Years IBM university + 12 Years of IT exp). I did have the evaluation with Credentials agency and they gave certificate with equivalence of USA bachelors degree, based on that my attorney filed my 140 in EB2 category. Now USCIS wants to prove the education qualification. Any suggestions please?

Get a new attorney. Get one that will be honest with you instead of bilking money out of you for a lost cause.
