RFE on I140

Hi guys,
I've got RFE on I-140. They are asking for info about the Company's ability to pay.

My company is doing well. Its public listed company of more than 50 years old, but i think this is the first ever GC they have filed. Employees are more than 3000.

My lawyer says that they'll probably need a letter from Corporate CFO confirming revenues and number of employees.
--
Will this letter suffice? Or is there anything more needed to be added? Please share your experiences.

Your case seems to be pretty solid, what your lawyer is saying is correct and may suffice, but there is no harm in making it foolproof. Check this thread by user UNITEDNATIONS for more info on ability to pay issues.
