RFE on I 797. What could it be?

by phone message i mean the automated voice message.....nobody called me!
 
update

I got the 797 notice of action today to my old address. I have got FP notification only for the primary though...

Apparently, the lawyers never received it.

The LUD Message change was on my case. It was not on form I693 but it was about my form I693 which I submitted with my I485 application. I693 is the medical exam form which in my case was incomplete due to my pregnancy - the xray was missing.

I just did a quick research on Form I797 on Google. It looks like it is a notice sent by USCIS to the applicant. The notice could be anything - an approval or an RFE or anything else.

Can you please clarify this for me:

I got an email saying that an RFE has been sent out. Soon after that the phone message got updated that a 797 form has been mailed. Today we got the snail mail and it happens to be biometric notice on 797 form.

So, my question is if the biometrics is what they meant as RFE or that is different?

Apparently the lawyers have received nothing so far...

That’s a good sign. Is this the second time FP notification? When was your first FP completed? Has your NC been cleared? If so, it will probably be your turn soon.

This is my third FP and yes Name Check has been cleared is what we are told...

my worry is that if this is what was sent or we shld be waiting for some other RFE notice too... :mad:
 
Do you know when your NC was cleared, just recently or long time ago? You can get the info through the InfoPass.

I know its cleared...when and how, I have no clue.
 
Hi HaraKad,

looks like one of my colleagues is in the same boat as yours...he got RFE (EVL) on the first week of Feb and now got FP notices for both him/spouse...

any updates on what your RFE was about?
 
We got the RFE notice after 3 weeks. They wanted:
1.EVL
2. W2 from 2000 TO 2006 and recent pay stubs
