RFE on I-485

My Labor approval notice was lost in the mail and my attorney has not obtained the final determination letter on my labor before applying for I-140 and I-485.

As you all know, USCIS did not touch the file for couple years and determined that there was no labor approval and denied both I-140 and I-485.

help please

Hey Guys,

I found out that my name/FBI/DOB check has been done and the results were received by INS. But they say some kind of internal check (by different section of INS) is still pending. Does any one know what this would be about and how long it takes. Please share your experiences. Thanks.

Congrats gcmera2 on the name check. So it is just a matter of approval now. By the way how did you find about your name check? Thanks.
 
Internal Check ???????????

NAME check done and this was told by the INS but what surprised me is it was done way 8 months back. Now they say that my case is stucked for some other kind of CHECK with in VSC and do not know what this is. Does any one know what this internal secrity check could be by VSC. Please share your experiences. Thanks.

My case is also under INS internal name check after FBI check cleared. This endless waiting becomes more frustrating.
