RFE on I-485 while I-140 is pending

Hi,

here are my details,
Got RFE on 485 while 140 still pending (EB2).

EB2 -concurrent
140 RD 10-21-2003
485 RD 10-21-2003

1st EAD & AP approved on 11-27-2003
2nd EAD & AP approved on 11-27-2004

RFE on 485 on 01-21-2005 - Current Employment letter with salary and proof that states i'm with the company

RFE on 485 - replied with
1. Current employment letter
2. All my w-2s from (1999) the day I entered USA
3. All my pay slips from the day I entered USA
4. all 1040s from the day I entered USA

LUD 485 03-03-2005 (says rfe docs recvd)
LUD 140 01-21-2005 ( no change in status mesg)

Now the dates are moved for 140.
Can some one advise, should I initiate inquiry on my 140 or wait for response on 485 REF?
please advice.

I think your I-140 already approved

I think your I-140 is approved already. Check with your attorney. I had same situation I got RFE for I485 and no status change on my I-140 when I called my Attorney and I asked him how they touch my I-485 without approved I-140 he surprised me that he got I-140 approval. So I think when they start to send RFE for 485 that's mean they already done with I-140.

I don't know how to get PD.

I have applied for labor with RD 10/01/2001
labor RFE on 04/2003
labor approved date 08/11/2003
140 & 485 RD 10/21/2003

In my FP notice the PD is printed as the 10/21/2003,

So can please let me know what is my PD?
