RFE on I-140 (should I pack my bags???)

No he did not get any RFE.
To my knowledge, he doesn't have anything mentioned in Column 15. Column 14 says "BS degree or Foreign Degree equivalent".
 
Just an update from me.

Got my H-1 approved from 10/1/05.
My lawyer says that they are not going to appeal to the I-140 denial if issued. The lawyer is planning to reply to the RFE in the first week of June.

Does anybody have a clue as to how long does NSC take to issue Denial notices?
Does my EAD (as well as my wife's EAD) become invalid the day the denial was issued. What if the denial was issued 15th June and I get to know of it only on say 17th June. How does one keep track of such things.

I am confused. :confused:
