Hi
My employer has applied for my H1B transfer and I have joined on the payroll of the employer based on the receipt notice. We have received an RFE.
1. My employer is mostly based in the east coast but I am working in the west coast, so my employer has applied for the H1B transfer thru CSC. The RFE is why the employer has applied thru CSC ?
2. Prove that this a highly skilled job. INS is asking for the contract papers with the Client.
Supposing, we provide all the documents supporting the above, what are the chances of getting the H1B approved. In case, if this kind of RFE's have dim chances of approval, I want to apply for a new transfer thru some other employer thru premium processing just to make sure I will have something in my hand before I hear the bad thing from the current RFE.
Pls advice.
Thanks
