Submit the 2001 and 2003 United States federal income tax returns (s) with all schedules and attachments, for your business. If your business is organized as a corporation ,submit the corporate tax return.If the business is organized as a sole propritiership , submit the owner's individual tax return(Form 1040) as well as schedule C relating to the business.
As an alternative you may submit annual reports for 2001 and 2003 which are accompanied by audited or reviewed financial statements.
Will the prospective employee fill a newly created position? ______ If your answer is no how long has this position existed ?______________ What wage have you been paying the incubment to this position? $_______/year. Identify the former employee ,submit evidence of the salary paid to him or her, and document that the position was vacated. Submit copies of form 941 for the period in question.

Any clues or someone who had a similar RFE.
Anything major to get worried about as my employer seems to be doing ok with steady revenues ( 8 -10 million per annum ). About 75 people employed. And lots of GC's approved from this company.
