RFE on EB2 with RD 2006-APRIL and PD 2002-March

All,

Looks like they are processing EB2 cases with 485 RD 2006-April.

They issued an RFE on primiary and there is an LUD on derivative case.

What could be the RFE.. Any guesses.

Did your medicals include TB skin test? If not that's what it might be.

A RFE does not mean they will approve your GC soon. It's the namecheck that takes forever.
 
No I asked the doctor for Direct CHest X-Ray.

No I asked the doctor for Direct CHest X-Ray. So it could be TB Skin test. But why didn't they issue same RFE to my wife.? Anyone in the simalar boat like Medical RFE only for Primary?

my pd is 2002 - EB2 and rd may 2006. as per congresss man my name check is cleared. hope your mail is true and brings some good news.:)

hope so .me too eb-2 pd 2002,rd nov 2006.no luds on 485 so far.i.o at tsc said n.c not cleared.i hope they start working on old cases,since our dates are current.
