Rfe On Ead

Does anyone knows how many days to get the RFE notification letter from TSC? Primary applicant received the EAD on 10/30/2006. Spouse got the LUD on 10/26/2006 that on 10/26/2006 "we have sent a letter requesting additional information....so and so...as usual. We have not received it yet and EAD EXPIRES ON 11/7/2006. How long does it take a letter from TSC to reach Florida? My husband took emergency parole from the local USCIS and went to India. Could it be a reason for the RFE? PL. comment on this...

RFE was for my husband's job letter and 3 recent pay stubs even though we originally sent in 3 years tax returns,w2s,most recent 3 paystubs.
 
Hey BROWNGIRL,

wE'VE GOT THE RFE for the secondary applicant stating that they cannot verify that an uderlying petition filed...what ...?Tthey've lost the file or what? they can make fun of us,....let's wait and see. Pl.update us when u get anapproval...how long it is going to take for their approval after reciving the RFE documents? Anyone knows????????? They received aurs on 11/6.. EAD expired on 11/7..

Just in case----- there is a provision where employer could put him on "NO PAY" status at their discretion and that way he would not loose his job. Also try to contact your senator/congressman and they would act on this kind of situations promptly (Possible loss of Job is a BBBBBBig thing)
 
Thanks Osheth and browngirl...yeah he took Leave of absence...but how long...Thats right we just got a new dem.senator. Should our case be his first item in the Agenda...hi..hi.. Will wait for few more days and definitely will contact them. Tthats a good suggestion...
