RFE on EAD ? pls help

I just checked my online status for EAD .
THe receipt date was Aug 1 2003.
The online status says 'we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.'
To whom does the RFE goes to ?
Will it come to my attorney or me ? ( i did fill g-28 form).

pls let me know..thanks
 
rfe is sent to your attorney.

you dont have to worry much on RFE on EAD. usually it might be due to photograph not adhering to immigration style or adit-style or something related to photograph

anyway you have to wait to receive your rfe in next week or two.

We received the Request for further evidence on the Employment Cards. It is very simple, they have apparently now added another new "security check" to the process. As of the beginning of this week all applications for employment authorization must include some sort of photo identification, for example the biographic page on your passport. Even though this information is already inlcuded in the whole package, they want more. Please make sure that the photo is very clear.

My RFE is -
Please submit a photocopy of the personal data pages of your passport,which include your photograph and biographic information.
You may also provide any other documentation such as copy of your driver's license,or any other photo identification.

Is B&W photocopies ok or do I need color photocopies?
