RFE on EAD need help very urgent

Hi!
i got RFE on EAD regarding the passport pages and the photo identification.Did any body got query regarding the photo identification.My attorney suggested to send the driver's license.The problem is we stay in AL and we have the driver's license of this state,while filing the GC we gave the address of NJ.Will there be any problem if we send the driver's license of AL.
Please give ur suggestions.

I got the same RFE for my EAD, i enclosed photo copy of my Passport as my license was with the State DMV for renewal. I think Photocopy of Passport should do.

If you clearly read the notice of findings, it says photocopy of Passport or any other photo identification
