RFE on EAD/AP

Hello Guys,
Web site status says they sent RFE on EAD and AP.
What are possible RFEs on EAD/AP
can someone reply?

One more question .. My I140 not yet approved that means they may ask for I140 receipt notice am i correct?

Since it's for both EAD/AP..I guess it should be the photo..!!

RFE on eAD /AP

Guys I would like to share information with you guys..
I have got RFE on EAD and AP for me and my wife.

REF Date: NOV 13 2003
RFE Received Date: Nov 19 2003

Requested information. "Your photo quality does not match standard . Left eye is not visible."
Note: They also mentioned that please write your name and A# on back of each photo with pencil .
