RFE on EAD/AP replied LUD Changes then ??

Hi Guys,
Pls provide any inputs.
EAD/AP RD 12/xx/04
RFE for photo ID (Color copy of passport) on Feb 17, 05
RFE replied on 03/02
LUD changed and msg also: RFE received on 3/4/05
then LUD changed on 3/7, 3/8, 3/9 then nothing is happening.
What does it mean?? Pls provide any idea what is going on.

btw: these changes happend to my (EAD/AP), wife (EAD only), my son (EAD/AP). Wife AP message even does not change that RFE is received.

Hi...

Quick question..

What was your RFE about. Did your send color photocopy of the passport and they wanted black and white or vice-versa??
 
I submitted B/W with the application.
Got RFE to submit color copy of the passport and the driver's licence.
Attorney replied to RFE on 3/2 msg updated on 3/4 Message "RFE received standard message"
then 3/7, 3/8 and 3/9 LUD changed then nothing is happening. Pls provide any input.
btw my case is at NSC.

I guess you should opt in for interim EAD as of now.
 


As it's been more than 90 days since his filing and he hasn't received a verdict..Correct me if I am wrong...
