RFE on EAD and AP

We have got RFE on my EAD and AP asking for clear copy of passport/Driver licence and my lawyer responded to it. INS received our response on June 7th, 2004. Is it simple RFE ? how long normally It use to take to get approval after RFE is received by INS.

I have got a similar RFE for my spouse's EAD. I did not file EAD through a lawyer, so could you tell me the exact language on the cover letter and waht all was enclosed in the reply.

I did not see the RFE letter. my lawyer called me and asked me to send cleary copy of my pass port and driver's licence. i sent him color phot copies of my passport and Driver's Licence.
