RFE on EAD and 485 @ same time??

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. I filed my 485 in feb 02 from NSC. I never applied for EAD for my self. Now I finally because of job problem I applied EAD online on Mar 21st and got RFE on Mar 17th (yet to know the RFE details). My Question to all Gurus is since NSC is issuing RFE's to feb 02 cases , will they wait to issue me an RFE since my EAD has an RFE and wait till my EAD is resolved or it doesn't matter. I know EAD and 485 are processed in two different Divisions. Has anyone fallen in to the same situation?? Please respond.

------ The RFE letter will have the info what they need, you applied EAD on March 21 and how you got RFE for EAD on March 17? I hope RFE is for your I-140

---- you have to wait for RFE and if it is for I-140 then they will clear EAD only after they get RFE response from your lawyer/employer and if they agree with your lawyer arguments or documents
 
Thanx Ginnu for the reply. I applied for 485 in feb02 and have my 140 cleared before that. I just want to know what could be possible the RFE for EAD as I did not sent the 485 receipt copy but instead sent the fingetprint notification which has my LIN# and A#...I hope they are ok with that.

I will post details once I get RFE. How many days would it take ??

---- For EAD you are supposed to send copy of I-485 filing receipt
