RFE on e-filed AP - Photos

Received today the following Request for Additional Evidence on the e-filed Advance Parole application for my wife:
Please submit 2 passport style photos blah blah blah

We had submitted the advance parole applications for myself and my wife with the supporting documents and passport style photos together in the same envelope. (The passport style photos had been taken at Walgreens within a few minutes of each other). While I received my AP, my wife received the above RFE after a few days.
Just wondering whether NBC folks misplaced my wife's photos and are asking for it again :( This delay has resulted in my wife missing her nephew's wedding in India :mad:

It seems you submitted your passport style photo and wife photo in SAME envelope. It should be in different envelops with name, DOB,A# written at the back of photographs with pencil info on each envelope like photographs of name, A#.

I had indeed written A# at the back of the photos sent earlier. NBC's service level has deteriorated of late.
Never received I-797 receipt for EAD application of my younger son. (EAD e-filed on June6 and supporting documents mailed on same day; Yet to get his EAD eventhough processing date has passed; Have set up an Info-pass appointment at Dallas district office on Sept12 for getting iEAD)
Never received receipt I-797 receipt for the e-filed AP application of my elder son. However fortunately we received his advance parole in about 60 days. (Unlike TSC which misplaced his AP application in Aug2003 for over 1 year resulting in his missing his college studies in India for a year)
We seem to be getting special treatment from CIS :mad:
