RFE on company's ability to pay

Hi All,

My company has got an RFE on the Company's ability to pay as they have shown some losses in the current years Balance Sheet for the last years tax returns they have profits. I see a lot of posts about RFEs on company's ability to pay ( some of them had loss ) but still those cases get clear.

Please suggest what is the best way this RFE can be responded and how can my lawyer prove that my company can pay me for the future job when I get the Green Card. What documents does my company need to submit? Can they show a forecast ?

I have no issues in getting paid and I always got paid on time from my company. I have all the pay stubs.

same situation...RFE..BUT APPROVED!!!!

I was also in the same situation with RFE on my I-140(Company's ability to pay).Which is becoming more and more comman RFE.

My attorney sent our company's latest Tax filings in reply to RFE.And got APPROVAL on may 30th(3 DAYS AFTER THE REPLY!!!)
